Many people know doulas as labor, birthing coach or postpartum workers. During Pregnancy a doula helps support a family by providing educational, emotional, and even physical support during prenatal meetings. Often games are played, crafts are created, and through the pregnancy, bonds and trust are built. These activities teach coping skills, lay the foundations for advocating your wishes, and trusting your instincts through the labor, birth and parenting journey. As your doula, my support is only a phone call away, reach out today to schedule a consultation! My full spectrum doula designation supports all outcomes- including adoption, loss, surrogacy

Hey! I am Megan, (she/her). I am an inclusive, full spectrum doula living in Spring Hill FL. I have been an independent labor support since 2008, supporting families in New York, and now in Florida. I am the mother in a blended family of 5 sons, including twins. I have experience in pregnancy loss, preterm labor, induced vaginal birth, cesarean birth, breastfeeding, formula and supplementing. I have taken trainings with DONA and QUILT, as well as Madriella, where I am certified as a birth doula. I am currently furthering my studies into Fertility Advocate/Support, and Pregnancy and Infant Loss Advocate/Support. I currently mentor upcoming doulas and enjoy collaborating with other similarly minded, full spectrum birth workers. I look forward to talking with you and growing that lasting FAMILY bond.
I am Kimmy! I have had a passion for birth since I was a young child. I used to sneak into our TV room to watch birth videos beginning at about five years old. When my first son was born, a fire was ignited inside me and I haven’t looked back since! I have supported mothers during labor and birth, and held their hands while they entered into the sacred postpartum space. As a mom, I am always looking to stay up-to-date on all things pregnancy and parenting related. I am in my element when I’m able to share my knowledge and help people navigate the waters of becoming a new parent. I look forward to implementing this work into my daily life! My areas of care include NICU peer-support, prenatal/postpartum family support. From creating your registry of must haves, through to those tender first weeks of caring for your newborn, I look forward to supporting your journey.
Hello! I am Katelyn. A little about me- I have lived in the Spring Hill area for most of my life and am now raising my family here. I have 3 sweet sons and one darling daughter. Each of my birth experiences were so vastly different, that my personal experiences includes everything from emergency c-section, to hospital vbac, to homebirth vbac, and a non-pharmaceutical induction after a homebirth transfer. I am a huge advocate for VBAC. I became a doula in 2017 after I hired a doula for my first VBAC in 2016. The difference in support and comfort was phenomenal and it was a calling I could not ignore. I since have gone on to support families from all walks of life in all areas of parenting and pregnancy.
I look forward to supporting you in the birth space and beyond!
